Company Safety Policy Statement and Commitment

Destiny Resources Services Corp. (hereinafter referred to as "Destiny") accepts that it has a responsibility to protect the health and safety of its employees, sub-contractors, visitors, public, and the environment. We will do all that is reasonable and practical in creating sound safe work practices for the benefit of all concerned. Destiny recognizes and accepts the fact that it must conduct all of its operations in a safe, responsible manner. We will strive to work together with our employees and clients to create a safer workplace and healthier environment. We also recognize that all injuries and accidents are preventable.

To achieve this, Destiny pledges to comply with all applicable government laws, legislation, and regulations. Destiny will provide a management structure within its company that is responsible at all levels for the implementation of this policy. Managers, supervisors, workers, and all other responsibilities will be defined in the Destiny Resources Services Partnership Safety Manual, which will be made available to all employees and sub-contractors.

Destiny will implement and maintain a system of identifying workplace risks and hazards and provide a method of reducing those risks and hazards to as low a level as is reasonably practical. From the information provided by our task analysis system, we will develop, implement, and maintain safe work policies and procedures for our employees, sub-contractors, and visitors. Destiny will ensure the necessary training and information is given to its employees, sub-contractors, and visitors to allow these safe work policies and procedures to be carried out.

Destiny will maintain an incident/accident reporting system that will allow us to analyze our losses and potential losses to prevent recurrences similar in nature. We also pledge to ensure that this information is disseminated to all employees and sub-contractors. The analysis of our data will be used to indicate positive performance and allow us to map our goals and objectives for the future.

Destiny will strive to maintain its Certificate of Recognition COR), Partners in Injury Reduction (PIR) with Enform and with the Workers Compensation Board. We will conduct regular internal and external safety audits and will include audits of our sub-contractors. We will maintain our membership with Health Safety Registries to assist our clients in verifying our HSE performance, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Destiny will conduct all of its operations to minimize impact on the environment through best work practices, reducing, recycling, and proper disposal of waste.

All of our employees and sub-contractors for their part will participate in assisting Destiny in maintaining its goals and objectives by complying with all relevant government laws and regulatory bodies' statutes. They are also required to protect themselves, visitors, members of the public, and the environment that may be affected by their activities. We require our employees and sub-contractors to actively participate in our near miss, hazard, incident, and accident reporting system. We invite and expect them to participate in the decision making process that we enter into to insure the proper development of safe work practices. Destiny will maintain a system where the performance of its employees and sub-contractors can be measured to insure that they are fulfilling their commitment to the company.

Sincerely,
